Quick answers

What should I check before picking up a rental car?

Look the car over for damage and make sure the sensors, air conditioning and brakes work. All Naniko cars are serviced, but we ask every client to inspect the car in person before accepting it.

Can I pick up or return my rental car early in the morning or late in the evening?

Any time of day, at any of our locations. Give us your time when booking, and the car will be ready at the right place.

Do you offer last-minute rentals?

You can book at any time. If a car is free in the fleet, we hand it over quickly. Airport and hotel delivery are available too.

Can the rental car be delivered to my hotel, home or office?

Tick the delivery option when booking, and our managers will clarify where to bring the car.

What types of cars are available in your fleet?

Passenger cars in every class: compact and economy cars, standard sedans, premium and executive cars, minivans, crossovers, SUVs and 4WD vehicles.

What type of car is best for renting with a family?

For a large family, take a minivan such as the Hyundai H1, which seats up to 8 people. A smaller family will be comfortable in a sedan or crossover.

Is it worth renting a car in Tbilisi, or is public transport enough?

If you value comfort and plan to visit many places, a rental car is the better choice. For routine trips around the city, public transport can be enough.

If I rent a vehicle for a month, can I get a good price?

At Naniko, any rental of a month or longer counts as long-term and comes with more favorable rates than short-term booking.

Who pays parking fees for the rental period?

You do, since you choose where to park and for how long. Check the parking rules at the spot before you leave the car.

Who pays traffic fines during the rental period?

You do. Learn the local driving habits before you set off and drive carefully.

Do I need cash for parking or fuel in Tbilisi?

Not necessarily. Every gas station accepts bank cards, and parking can be paid online.

How does the same-to-same fuel policy work?

You receive the car with a full tank and return it with the same amount of fuel. If it comes back with less, you pay for each missing liter.

Where can I refuel near Tbilisi Airport before returning the car?

The road to the airport runs along the Kakheti Highway, with many gas stations on the way, including Wissol. Refuel there before you return the car.
